Jarace™ CC-33 is used as a preservative in a wide variety of products, as well as a mold inhibitor in bakery products. It can be used as a mold inhibitor in bakery products at levels of 0.1 – 0.4%. This product extends the shelf life of foods by preventing the growth of mold and bacteria, while also having little effect on yeast and not interfering with fermentation.

- Other baked goods
- Processed meat
- Fruit preserves
