Calcium Acetate – Nature Based

Jarace™ CA-N is a nature-based acetate functions as an acidifier, dry vinegar, flavor enhancer, mold inhibitor and antimicrobial preservative. It is an excellent alternative to non-natural calcium acetate additives. As a preservative, Jarace™ CA-N works especially well to help increase the shelf life of bakery goods, processed meats and beverages.
