More Hold, Less Flaking: Jarpol Hair Styling Polymers

Jarchem’s Jarpol™ line of  polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) polymers has met with huge market success due to its tremendous flexibility in a wide range of hair styling formulations.  Jarpol offers minimal flaking, unsurpassed consistency and exceptional clarity, providing varying degrees of hold throughout its wide range of products.  They are excellent ingredients for adding styling and structure to your hair product formulations.

• Jarpol PVP K-90 is our strongest holding product.  It is a water soluble non-ionic polymer, available as either a powder or 20% solution, that provides extra hold in formulations at 3-4%.
• Jarpol PVP K-30 is an excellent choice for hold strengths necessary in gels and mousses. It is a water soluble non-ionic polymer excellent for lower hold formulations at 2-3 %.
• Jarpol PVP/VA-73 is a water insoluble non-ionic polymer, providing exceptional hold in high moisture environments. It is ideal for clear gels.
