Lipids generally exist as liquids, butters or gels. Lipids can be converted into powdery products by combining them with powdery carriers or directly 100% through our unique technologies.

In some applications it is easier or even necessary to use powdered lipids. Especially in pressed face powders, mascara, and special soaps.

These highly developed and patented procedures make it possible to combine liquids and powders very effectively. Based on CO₂ high pressure technology, liquids of any viscosity can be combined with powdery carriers to very high loading (up to 90 %) or with no carriers while the end product remains a free flowing powder.

Our process is carried out in a low temperature and oxygen free environment, allowing for powder conversion of even sensitive liquids. with no adverse effects on quality.
